The Management Board would like to send the Residents Guide to the Certificate of Eligibility (GCN) Application Documents of the Investor, for residents to reference and proactively prepare documents according to regulations.
The guided documents include the following main groups:
🔹 For individuals named on the Certificate of Eligibility:
- Application form for GCN according to Form 02;
- Personal documents: ID card/Passport, proof of residence/temporary residence/permanent residence card;
- Marriage registration certificate or single status confirmation and related documents (if any);
- Other documents according to specific cases.
🔹 For businesses named:
- Application form for GCN according to Form 02;
- Investment certificate/Business registration certificate;
- Power of attorney from the representative (if any).
🔹 Other documents:
- Apartment purchase and sale contract and transfer documents (if any);
- Contract appendices;
- Handover minutes of the apartment;
- House number assignment notice;
- Apartment floor plan;
- Power of attorney for the unit to submit and receive documents;
- VAT invoices and related documents.
Note: Residents are requested to prepare full documents suitable for their case. For documents issued by foreign countries, it is necessary to consular legalization and translate into Vietnamese according to the instructions.
