INFORMATION ON THE RESULTS OF THE RESIDENTS' MEETING REGARDING THE TITLE DEED APPLICATION FILE

Content:The meeting was organized to exchange information, provide updates, and record residents' opinions regarding the procedures and documentation for applying for the Title Deed (GCN). Currently, Tulip Tower has over 100 apartments; however, only approximately 25 residents attended the meeting. The attendees exchanged views, offered opinions, and discussed related issues. Due to the limited number of participating residents and the fact that opinions expressed during the meeting did not reach a consensus, the matter remains unresolved. The content discussed at the meeting will continue to be compiled, and further resident input will be sought to establish a basis for considering an appropriate solution before a final conclusion is reached.
